Returns and Refunds Policy

This policy applies to purchases made from NIIMBOT UK, a trading name of DNA UK IMPORTS LTD.

Statutory right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers have the legal right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery by email or WhatsApp.

Once cancelled, items must be returned within a further 14 days.

Change of mind returns

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
• A flat return shipping fee of £5 will be deducted from the refund
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

• Return shipping will be free of charge
• A full refund or replacement will be provided
• Original delivery costs will also be refunded

This is in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Exclusions

• Items that have been opened or used
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
