Warranty and Repairs

All NIIMBOT printers are supplied with a 12 month manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse.

To request a warranty repair, contact support@niimbot.uk with your order number and a description of the issue.

This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
